>It’s time to exercise

>As summer approaches, it’s a great time to start invigorating your current exercise program. Valerie Bertinelli on the cover of People magazine at the age of 48 in a Bikini is absolutely inspiring. I look forward to more out door activities as the weather warms in the redwood forests where I live. Maybe even a bikini is in my future.
